Salzburg, Austria ó Siegmund flew in at 4 p.m. The opera started at 5. He made it to the opera house, put on his costume óand on he went.
The Salzburg Easter Festival staged ìDie Walk¸reî on Monday night. ìDie Walk¸reî is the second installment of Wagnerís ìRing of the Nibelung.î We had the first installment, ìDas Rheingold,î last year. In 2009 and 2010, weíll get the last two: ìSiegfriedî and ìGˆtterd‰mmerung.î
