Ever resourceful, Serge Dorny, the intendant in Lyons, has found another clever theme for his annual opera festival. This year, it’s “Lost Heroes” and features In the Penal Colony (Philip Glass), Le vin herbÈ (Frank Martin) and The Gambler, Prokofiev’s first complete opera.
