Yesterday marked the end of a long and rewarding process for some of todayís top young opera singers as they competed in the Grand Finals Concert of the National Council Auditions. Having made it through district, regional, and semi-final rounds, eleven finalists took to the Met stage to perform two arias of their choice, accompanied by the Met Orchestra conducted by Marco Armiliato.
